The Perfect Mile: Three Athletes, One Goal, and Less Than Four Minutes to Achieve It by Neal Bascomb
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
I liked this book because I learned something new about athletic history and was inspired to start running again. I've never been into track and field to know that the 4-minute mile was ever beat in the first place, let alone who did it first. I am feeling more motivated to get back into running now that I'm no longer pregnant and this book got me into thinking disciplining myself again (in aspects to working out).
